Sanna Phinney founded 1031 Asset Exchange, LLC,
a national Qualified Intermediary firm, in 2003. She has been
actively involved in various aspects of the real estate industry
for over 20 years. For the past 10 years her focus has been facilitating
1031 tax deferred exchanges and managing company operations. She
specializes in reverse and construction exchanges, as well as
delayed exchanges, for both real and personal property transactions.
Her enthusiasm for her business fosters her goal of making 1031
exchanges easy for clients to save their tax dollars and grow
their wealth.
Sanna received her Certified Exchange Specialist®
designation in 2003. She is actively involved with the Federation
of Exchange Accommodators (FEA,) and is currently serving as a
member of the FEA's Certification Council for Certified Exchange
Specialists®. She also participates as a board member for
the Commercial and Industrial Division of the Central Oregon Association
of Realtors and for the Central Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Escrow
Council.
Sanna frequently teaches continuing education
