PRIVACY POLICY AND PRACTICES
Informational Notice

Congress enacted the Financial Services Modernization Act (also knows as “Gramm-Leach-Bliley,” or PL 106-102) that brought significant changes to the way banks and financial services companies maintain and disseminate information they gather with respect to their clients. Part of the Act requires financial service providers, including those who provide tax-planning services, to describe to their clients how personal information about them is collected, disclosed, and maintained.

While we do not believe that Gramm-Leach-Bliley has altered our responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of our clients’ personal information, the Act requires us to provide our clients with this notice regarding our privacy policy and practices.
